There is a high standard that must be upheld to receive true knighthood, which is one of the greatest honors a person can receive in this life.  

The chief purpose of the Commission centers around making sure that those who claim noble, royal or academic titles and/or knighthood, when applying for chivalric honors in the Kingdom of Georgia, hold true and authentic honors.

The second purpose of the Commission is to proclaim the truth as to why the His Royal Highness Prince Nugzar is the true heir to the ancient throne and is, therefore, the de jure, non-territorial sovereign or rightful monarch under international law.
